Charges are due in accordance with agreed payment terms. Invoice will require payment before any items can be shipped.

Liability & Insurance

All Business is undertaken in accordance with our terms and conditions, please note every item will be photographed before being packed.

Unless stated otherwise, our quotation does not include insurance. Insurance will only be effected upon receipt of written instructions with individual value of goods required for shipping. Just tell us how much cover you want and we will do the rest.

Cover excludes loss or damage to woodwork if it is affected by woodworm and if any damage is caused as a result of the item being affected by woodworm.

Cover excludes loss or damage to all picture frames and also the glass contained within.

If the consignment is received damaged in any way it must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt to Vintage Clocks and all packaging materials retained.

We strongly recommend that you read Vintage Clocks shipping terms and conditions as follows.

Please take particular note of the following exclusions:

Loss or damage caused by gradual deterioration, wear and tear, atmospheric or climatic conditions (see optional coverage), vermin, moth damage and consequential loss and loss of data.

Inherent vice, as in a deterioration of already existing damage to the item including but not limited to: cracks, loose wood carvings, flaking paint surfaces and further deterioration to the condition of pre-existing areas of repair on the item.

Electrical, electronic, mechanical derangement and internal damage of electrical items, such as clocks, music boxes and similar items, unless there is evidence of external damage to the insured item or its packing.
