Stunning rare black forest carved mantle clock. German made circa 1870.
Wonderful patina to the carved walnut case. 8 day gong Gong striking japy freres movement.
Strikes the quarter and the hour.
The case stands very well with its original finish and features.
In good working order with original key and pendulum.
There are signs of age to the piece, one hare ha lost part of its ear.
