Beautiful spelter figural French mantel clock, ca 1890.
Wonderful original black ceramic dial with gilt roman numerals and hands. Presents on a slate base with a spelter figure and gilt inlaid etched decoration.
French 8 day bell striking movement. Stands on 4 gilt lion claw feet.
Good condition for age all original and in good working order.
There is a hairline on the right side of the gilt scroll decoration above the bezel

Good condition for age, showing minor signs of age and cosmetic wear to the case and stand.
