The stately architectural silhouette is framed by half-turned columns, flanking a spectacular brass face plate. The dial itself showcases an ornate matted gilt center, intricate corner spandrels, and a silvered chapter ring with traditional Roman numerals.
Mechanically impressive, this features a high-grade, 8-day quarter-striking “Ting-Tang” movement. It sounds a delightful double-tone (“ting-tang”) on the quarter hours, building up to the full hour count on its deep resonant internal gongs.
