A 1940s Art Deco clock by Vitascope – Rare Pink Model Rocking Ship Automation
This fantastic clock was made in Ramsey on the Isle of Man in circa 1940 and has an automated rocking ship on an illuminated ocean scene with cloud background. The ship gently rocks with the lit background changing from sunrise to sunset.
It is in original condition and full working order with chrome Art Deco dial and hands.
The ship is thought to be a replica of the famous Star of India, built in Ramsey in 1863.
