A wonderful carriage clock c.1900 French mantel clock designed beautifully in the solid case not often seen in gilt they tend to be in silver so that’s a nice feature.

Fine case with solid gilt case with class front displaying a silver dial with Arabic numerals

8 Day duration carriage clock, timepiece with cylinder platform escapement.

Condition & Provenance:
The brass retains a gorgeous, authentic antique patina with minor surface age-toning. The white enamel dial is in clean shape without severe cracks. The rear door opens smoothly, and the mechanics appear highly complete.
